Do not move a Watchalot transaction to an outside payment method to avoid platform safeguards or fees. Never send money based only on a message, screenshot, or off-platform request.

Watchalot is intended for watches and watch-related marketplace activity. Misleading, counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or intentionally misrepresented items are not permitted.

Keep passwords and verification codes private. Watchalot support will not ask you to disclose a password or one-time authentication code in a message.

Use the transaction's approved shipping workflow and preserve tracking, delivery, condition, and authentication evidence. Do not mark an item delivered or authenticated without reliable evidence.

If an item is materially different from its listing, appears counterfeit, arrives damaged, or a transaction appears suspicious, use Watchalot's transaction and dispute tools promptly and preserve photographs, reports, messages, and shipping records.
